Paypal and Western Union Payment

1.Why can't I pay directly on your e-cigarette online store? I need to pay, what should I do? 
We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we've temporarily disabled credit card payments and PayPal collections on our online store. This is because online payments usually incur a service fee of around 5.8% to 6.5%, so we've had to disable this option for now. 
To proceed with your order, please contact us via email at [email protected] to get our PayPal account or our Western Union details for payment. Please ensure you include your order number when making the payment, but avoid mentioning anything about vape items.

2.Why have you temporarily halted the use of PayPal collections online and have to ask for PayPal information via email or message? 
PayPal has prohibited the acceptance of payments for electronic cigarettes and other tobacco products for some time now. You can find relevant payment policies on paypal.com.

3.Why is the PayPal account you provided us in your email or message not [email protected]
Unfortunately, we couldn't use [email protected] to register an electronic cigarette payment account due to its association with sensitive words related to electronic cigarettes. Therefore, we use an unrelated account to receive payments.

4.Why can't we note anything related to "vape" when paying via PayPal? 
If you mention "vape" in your PayPal payment, it may trigger PayPal's detection system, and our account could be temporarily suspended. We've encountered similar issues before, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.Feel free to let me know if you need further clarification or assistance!

5.Please tell us the following information after you have paid using Western Union.
1) The 10-digit control number.
2) Sender's name.
3) The exact amount you sent.
4) Sender's address.
5) Your shipping address.
6) Your order number.
7) The country you send from.
8) The receiver's name.

Bank Transfer

We prefer payments through bank transfer. Before making the transfer, please email us at [email protected] for instructions. Once we confirm your order, we'll promptly provide our bank details. Please note that it might take 2-3 business days to verify your payment.

For orders over $1000 USD, you must pay via bank transfer, especially for wholesale and B2B orders. If you encounter any issues with the bank transfer or require assistance with alternative payment methods, feel free to contact us for help.
